Meet the Team

Greg

Greg Latimer - Founder and Chairman

Greg was drawn to the Northern Nevada area after frequent family vacations as a youth. Having served an apprenticeship in Southern California, he parlayed his talents into a small business in the Reno area with a business partner, and sold out of that venture to found Triad Plastic Technologies in 1988. From the start the mission hasn’t changed: Manufacture high quality American products utilizing state-of-the-art technology, exceeding our customers’ expectations, and operate according to biblical principles. That purpose statement has served Triad well throughout the years, and will continue into the future. Greg

Jeff Gail - President and CEO

Jeff’s journey with Triad began in 1998, when he joined as a tooling apprentice. Over the years, he’s worn many hats across nearly every division, gaining deep insight into the company’s operations. A brief break in 2003 allowed him to pursue seminary training, but his commitment to Triad remained strong. Today, Jeff leads our company and serves on the Board of Directors.

Originally from Southern California, Jeff made Reno home at the age of nine—and never looked back. A devoted family man and lifelong Dodger fan, he finds joy in the great outdoors with his wife and children, embracing everything from skiing and mountain biking to climbing, fishing, and camping.

Karen McCaskill - VP of Accounting and HR

Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Karen has been part of Triad nearly her entire life—getting her start at just eight years old running a machine for her dad. Over the past 26 years, she has worked her way up from receptionist to Vice President, where she oversees all human resource functions as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and manages the company’s bookkeeping and accounting operations.

As part of the second generation of family leadership, Karen is proud to continue her parent’s legacy and help guide Triad’s ongoing success in custom plastic injection molding. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 22 years and their three children, staying active, doing puzzles, and reading a good book.
